Cheeseburger Pockets!



Cheeseburger Pockets


You'll need:
  • 1/2 lb of ground beef/turkey
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tube [12 oz] of refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 5 slices of your favorite cheese


Directions:


1. Cook the beef in skillet, add onion, salt and pepper; drain and cool.

2. Place two biscuits overlapping on floured surface; roll into 5 inch ovals.



3. Place 3 tbsp of meat mixture onto one side; fold cheese slice over to fit.



4. Fold dough over filling; press edges shut with a fork.



5. Place on a greased baking sheet and cook on 400 for 10 minutes.

Be sure to poke holes in the top of all pockets! This is very important to release steam!
